Timely

Timely was created because I kept missing events that I didn't know about. Instead of going to numerous sites like Twitter, EventBrite, Meetup, Lanyrd, I wanted to have a single site to go to that could aggregate all of these sources and also notify me when an interesting event is coming up or is nearby.

Features

The website is still under development but I've developed user signup, login, basic filtering, basic search, and normalization of over 450+ events (primarily conferences and hackathons for now). Next up is an improved UI and more events.

Inactivity

I stopped work on this project recently as the problem I was trying to solve no longer became a significant issue with the release of projects like Yelp Events.
